No-Show, Cancellation & Arrival Policy

We value your time and the time of our grooming specialists. To ensure we can provide the best experience for every guest, the following policies apply.

Appointments canceled with less than one (1) hour’s notice are considered a no-show.

After three (3) no-shows, a credit card on file will be required to book future appointments.

In the event of a third no-show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee plus a 20% gratuity applied directly to your grooming specialist.

We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this window are at the discretion of your men’s grooming specialist. If your men’s grooming specialist is already committed to the next scheduled appointment, they may be unable to complete your service, which may result in a shortened or canceled appointment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Online changes must be made more than 1 hour in advance. Please call the shop for changes within 1 hour of your appointment.
