NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

To respect everyone's time, we enforce a strict no-show fee. Appointments that don't attend their scheduled appointment or cancel less than 1 hour before will be charged 50% of the service booked. After three no-shows, you may be required to place a card on file for any future appointments.

Please note that we have a strict 5-minute late policy, and appointments arriving after it will be at the discretion of the men’s grooming specialist to continue with your appointment.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please call the shop's phone number. Unfortunately, we do not respond to emails about late arrival.
